The DVQ-2000 digital video codec allows digital video/audio/data transmission over existing analog studio to transmitter transmission links. The DVQ-2000 will allow upto three video channels, one SMPTE310 and up to two DVB ASI to be multiplexed along with an E1/T1 channel and an asynchronous RS232 channel. The DVQ-2000 then QAM modulates the resulting signal such that it can interface to the video baseband input of exiting analog STL link. Optional plug in cards allow for multiple digital audio channels.

FXS / FXO and 10/100 Mb Ethernet IP circuits to be multiplexed and transmitted along with the digital video channels. Where required, direct E3/DS3 signals can also be fed into the DVQ-2000 for modulation and transmission over existing analog video base bands. The DVQ-2000 is housed in a 3RU chassis that is also used by the Moseley DTV links. When properly configured, the DVQ-2000 can always be upgraded with the appropriate modules to the Moseley DTV Link.
