Las Vegas, Nevada. April 19, 2005.
Moseley Broadcast proudly launches the Event HD-6500 and the HD-2200 Video ENG link for the 2GHz BAS Relocation.
The system has been successfully demonstrated at NAB-HD Exhibition in the North Hall. |
Moseley Broadcast, Gyron Systems International, and HD-Wireless
performed a live demonstration throughout the duration of NAB by feeding High-Definition video from a helicopter
flying around the environs of Las Vegas to an ENG van located at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The video was then relayed to the NAB-HD Exhibition via a fiber-optic cable. |
Moseley’s HD-6500, a bandwidth-scalable, multiple-stream ENG solution, provided a 42MBps ASI
transport stream for video conveyance between the helicopter and the van.
Powerful built-in error correction ensured robust, uninterrupted communications.
Gyron Systems International provided the helicopter and stabilized video camera & operation.
HD-Wireless provided ground support infrastructure. |
"The HD-6500 and HD-2200 complement Moseley's existing portfolio of DTV video links.
These products continue a long Moseley tradition of innovation and value."
Said Jamal Hamdani, President and CEO of Moseley. |
