To be considered, entrants must be based in the county of Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara, or Ventura, and must be a technology company defined as owning proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues (using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify); and/or devoting a significant proportion of revenues to research and development of technology.

MOSELEY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES TRANSITION TO ISO 9000-2000 QUALITY STANDARD
SANTA BARBARA, CA October 3, 2002 - Moseley has completed the final phase of a multi-step process to transition the company's ISO 9001-1994 certification status to the new ISO 9000-2000 standard for Quality.

During the transition process, new measurements and analytical techniques were developed to keep up with the challenge. "There's a whole new focus on process results, which puts the emphasis back where it belongs - on Customer Satisfaction" said Moseley's Quality Administrator, Mark Speciale during an interview after the audit results were announced, "The new ISO standard forces companies to prove that their Quality system is based around the Customer's needs, not around some pointless, mandated procedure. It makes much better sense and it's much more effective at ensuring continual Quality improvement."

All ISO 9000 compliant companies must transition over to the new standard by the end of 2003. Moseley strategically began transitioning as soon as the new standard became available, so that the company could start reaping rewards from the new, improved system as soon as possible.

MOSELEY PURCHASES THE SIGNIFICANT ASSETS OF ADAPTIVE BROADBAND CORPORATION

SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA, November 2, 2001 - Moseley, a privately held company, and Adaptive Broadband Corporation (Nasdaq: ADAP) today announced that they have closed on an asset purchase agreement in which Adaptive Broadband, a leader in the fixed wireless broadband point-to-point and point-to-multipoint market, has agreed to sell, under the Bankruptcy Statute Provisions, to Moseley substantially all of its assets, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property, technology, capital equipment, accounts receivable, and physical inventory. Axxcelera is a Delaware Corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Moseley. Jamal Hamdani, President & CEO of Moseley, stated, "Moseley will benefit from the enormous know-how and experience garnered by Adaptive Broadband via its extensive deployments and pioneering leadership position in the broadband wireless marketplace.
