Only Moseley provides authorized service and repair for Moseley products

We use several different avenues to support our customers. To assess needs and solve problems, we provide skilled application engineers. To provide training on our equipment, we offer a free factory-training program. We also back all our products with our standard two-year warranty on material and labor, with extended warranty packages available.

Our normal hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PT)
We also provide emergency after-hours support, Monday through Friday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday through Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (PT)
